A standard shower repair takes 2.5–4 hours, and your shower can usually be used the next day. A balcony service may take 1 day to 1 week depending on size and scope.

Will there be a lot of mess, noise or disruption?

No — the process is designed to be minimally disruptive. Technicians use drop‑sheets, vacuum any mess and leave your space tidy.

What colours can I choose?

You can choose from a selection including White, Cream, Beige, Cement Off White, Light Grey, Mid Grey, Black and Brown. Megagrout MG14 offers similar options.

Can I request a specific day or time for the appointment?

Yes. Megasealed technicians will aim to attend at a time convenient for you. Appointments on weekdays often start around 7.30 am; Saturday availability varies.

How much will it cost?

Costs vary based on repair type and extent. A free inspection and quote from your local franchise specialist is required to confirm pricing.

Are the technicians checked and qualified?

Yes. All technicians and franchisees are police‑checked. Megasealed is ISO accredited and uses professional‑grade proprietary products.

Is this a permanent fix to the leak?

Megasealed’s epoxy systems are long‑lasting and designed to stop leaks without tile removal. Suitability is assessed during inspection.

What warranty or guarantee is provided?

Megasealed and Megagrout MG14 carry 5‑year product warranties. Silicone and wall grout have 24‑month warranties. State statutory warranties also apply.

Will my shower or balcony be easier to clean after the service?

Yes — coatings are anti‑fungal, water‑resistant, and grease‑resistant, reducing mould and dirt build‑up.

How can I pay for the service?

Payment options include EFT, BPAY, Mastercard and Visa. Confirm details when booking.

What if there is something more serious than surface damage?

If the waterproof membrane is significantly damaged, a non‑tile‑removal repair may not be suitable; re‑tiling may be recommended after inspection.
